Terms of Use
1. The app
Glucio is a logbook for numbers you enter yourself and is provided “as is”. Glucio is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not measure blood glucose, does not calculate insulin doses and does not give treatment advice; the estimated A1c is a calculation from your entries, not a lab result. Always use your glucose meter and follow your care team's advice.
2. Glucio Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial where eligible), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro tool temporarily; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
